Interesting Studio Available in a High Traffic Area of Silent Barn

We are accepting daring and audacious proposals for an artist, entrepreneur, project or vision to grow in a high traffic area of the Silent Barn studios. The area opens up into our yard and has hosted the Deep Cuts record store for the last 2 glorious years. This is the thriving heart of the barn, our front porch, and a crossroads of events and studios and people at the barn. It's exactly the right spot for the right idea to thrive. Features include a glass table and a lofted area. Different conceptions and configurations of the area are welcome!
